Richard Luscombe We are excited to announce the launch of our Summer Tournaments 2027, offering young footballers from across the region the opportunity to compete, develop, and create lasting memories at some of the region’s best sporting venues.
Taking place throughout June and July, the tournaments will bring together grassroots teams from a variety of age groups for a summer of football, fun, and community spirit. Hosted at Home Park, Foulston Park, and Manadon Sports and Community Hub, the competitions are designed to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for players, coaches, and supporters alike.
With places limited and expected to be in high demand, clubs are encouraged to register as early as possible to secure their spot.
Babcock Community Cup at Home Park – Expression of Interest Open Now
One of the standout events of the summer will be the Babcock Community Cup, giving young players the exciting opportunity to play at the home of Plymouth Argyle.
Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee a place but allows clubs to receive updates and information as soon as full tournament details are confirmed.

Tournament Information
All tournaments will be played in a six-a-side format, providing plenty of opportunities for every player to get involved and showcase their skills.
- Maximum squad size: 12 players
- Entry fee: £45 per team
- Places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
Whether you’re competing for silverware, enjoying a day with teammates, or simply experiencing the excitement of tournament football, the Argyle Community Trust Summer Tournaments promise to be a fantastic celebration of grassroots football.
