ONE in four people will experience a mental health problem in any year. Over 10% of the population have depression at any one time. The examples of Robert Enke, Frank Bruno and Marcus Trescothick show that mental health is relevant to everyone in sport, even at the elite level. The Community Trust is committed to working with partners both nationally and locally to work with groups, individuals and companies to help support people with mental health whether this be in peoples recovery help to mange symptoms and can radically improve the quality of people’s lives whether this is through ur specific projects or awareness and campaigns these are of huge benefit.
