ARGYLE Community Trust is looking to recruit a Data and Analyst Officer to collate data and identify the impact Argyle Community Trust has on communities, partners and funding groups.

As a registered charity, the Community Trust works in close conjunction with Plymouth Argyle Football Club and with many people across several sectors, where sport has proven to be the ideal tool for creating lasting engagement with youngsters.

The position is new and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project staff and programme managers on how to monitor outcomes, track progress, leading learning reviews and communicating results, both internally and externally.

We are looking for candidates who have proven experience of developing and managing social impact monitoring and evaluation systems, and experience of analysing and evaluating data. It is essential that candidates have strong communicating skills, allowing them to be comfortable to present findings and action plans effectively and efficiently. Experience and knowledge in analysing data is essential, along with skills and experience in developing spreadsheets, system monitoring and report development.

The Data and Analyst Officer will manage and compile all data requirements for our programmes and participants. Due to the increased work and potential new projects, the role will be demanding and important for tracking progress, reporting to partners, funders and the professional football club.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the Trust is continually updating data and security policies in line with best practice and our data security policies.
