A SIZZLING first-half performance saw Argyle sweep past Fulham in the latest National Education League fixture.

The Pilgrims were outstanding in the early stages, scoring first through Travis Skerton and then Tarran Hames doubled the lead. Skerton added his second and a towering header from Reece Thomson made it 4-0 at the interval.

The visitors improved after the break but Argyle were now in their comfort zone, although the fifth from man of the match Jake Anderson was a delightful free-kick to complete a happy day.

Argyle next face Birmingham, as we look to consolidate our impressive third place in the league. To find out more about the Argyle Football Education programme, please contact Lee Britchford on lee.britchford@pafc.co.uk or call 01752 562 561 ext.4
