Location: Plymouth
Offices: Manadon Sports Hub, 121 St Peter’s Road, PL5 3JG
Salary: £11,935 per annum
Contract: Permanent position, part-time
Hours: 20 hours per week
Reports to: Operations Manager

Argyle Community Trust are seeking a reliable and practical Caretaker to take responsibility for the general maintenance and upkeep of our Manadon Sports Hub site. This part-time role is vital to ensuring the smooth daily operation of the facility, providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users.

The role involves a variety of tasks, including minor repairs, cleaning support, security, and general maintenance, to support the delivery of high-quality services to our community. The Caretaker will also work closely with management, external contractors, and building users to address any issues efficiently and professionally.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining facilities to the highest standards and enjoys problem-solving and hands-on work in a dynamic community-focused environment.
