Participation Community CupAPPLICATIONS are now open for one of the flagship events in the Pilgrim Calendar, as we look forward to the Community Cup 2017.

Community Youth Cup 2017 Application Form

This special tournament is hosted on the hallowed turf of Home Park and the first-team training pitch at Harpers Park, with all teams guaranteed to play at least one game in the Theatre of Greens.

The Community Cup is open to Under-8, Under-9, Under-10 and Under-11 teams. The Under-8 and Under-9 tournament will be played on Saturday, May 6, with the Under-10 and Under-11 teams taking their place on Sunday, May 7.

Please note that should the Plymouth Argyle first-team be competing in the League 2 Play-Offs, the Community Cup will be cancelled and a full refund issued to all clubs.

There is a limit of 24 teams for each age group. It will be a six-a-side tournament and no more than 12 players per squad, with each team playing a minimum of four matches, of which one will be played on the main Home Park pitch. Mini-soccer rules will be used during the matches. Each club will only be allowed to enter two teams per age group.

There will be a fee to enter the tournament of £70 per team. This will cover entrance fees and admission to the ground for players and parents. There is an early bird sign up fee before Friday, March 31 of £50. Entry fees are non-refundable unless they conflict with Plymouth Argyle fixtures in the League 2 Play-Offs, where the Community Cup will be cancelled.

Any club who would like to take part in the tournament are requested to complete the application form and return by Friday, April 14 to: Argyle Community Trust, Plymouth Argyle FC, Home Park, Plymouth, PL2 3DQ or book by calling 01752 562561 extension 4. Application form and fee must be received together to confirm your place in the community Cup.

Entry to the Community Cup will be on a first come, first served basis and a place will only be confirmed once payment and application form has been received. No spaces can be reserved.
