ARGYLE Community Trust are continuing their Down’s Syndrome Football Programme this Saturday from 10am to 11am, at Goals Soccer Centre.
The session is packed full of football fun and skill-related games, which primarily focuses on balance and coordination. The session welcomes females and males of all ages to get involved with sport and start new friendships.
Josh Grant, Argyle’s Health and Disability Officer, said: “Our sessions aim to keep our participants as active as possible, whilst still having fun and mixing with new people. It’s great to see so many people having a good time within the programme and we would love to see more getting involved.”
This ongoing programme, which commenced in October, will continue until June. Each session runs once a month and only costs £2 per session.
