It is a tremendous honour for Nance and Argyle to have one of our own undertaking such an illustrious course, and will be a huge benefit to the development of future talent at Home Park.

The UEFA Pro License is now a mandatory requirement for any manager operating in the Premier League or the top level of a national League system in Europe.

The course lasts for 18 months and will involve workshops on topics including fitness, injury prevention, game-strategy, transfer protocols and a whole lot more, with names like Sir Alex Ferguson and Fabio Capello contributing to the programme in recent years.

Nance has already embarked on a familiarisation day and the course starts in January, which will involve a trip to a European Youth tournament and our man will be working alongside three Championship managers during the process.
