Argyle Community Trust ARGYLE Community Trust was delighted to host our inaugural Community Cup for schools registered on the PL Primary Stars initiative.
We welcomed 30 teams from schools across Plymouth to the Goals Soccer Centre for an enthralling tournament that opened with the teams split into four groups, all vying for a place in the quarter-finals.
These last-eight games carried the extra incentive of a place in the semi-finals securing the opportunity to play in the regional competition later in the summer. The last four comprised two sides from Woodford Primary, as well as teams from Hyde Park and Wembury School.
A thrilling ended with a final between the two sides from Woodford and a very proud day for their school.
