Argyle Community Trust is proud to announce the extension of its partnership with Yeomans Citroën, a collaboration that will support with the delivery of Project 35, Argyle’s award-winning social impact project aimed at tackling poverty in partnership with Ginsters.
Building on a year of significant success, Yeomans Citroën has provided The Trust with two brand-new, all-electric Citroën e-Berlingo vans. These zero-emission vehicles will provide vital logistical support for the project across Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall.
The vehicles, branded under the ‘Powered by Yeomans’ banner, will continue to be used for initiatives that include:
- Dedicated Project 35 fan appeals
- Support for those living in temporary accommodation
- Food relief at food banks, and our own community food larder at Manadon, among many others.

Speaking on the new partnership, James Gillam, Business Manager at Yeomans Citroën Plymouth, said: “At Yeomans, we’re dedicated to making a tangible difference across our communities. “Powered by Yeomans” signifies our unwavering commitment to driving positive change through active support of local charities and community organisations.
“We’re proud to partner with Argyle Community Trust to support Project 35. Whether it’s delivering food parcels, helping people get where they need to be, or simply making life a little bit easier, we’re there to power their journeys.”
Argyle Community Trust Head of Business Development, Dwain Morgan, added: “We are delighted to have extended this important partnership. We wouldn’t be able to deliver the initiatives and mobilise food support across the region without it. The more miles we put in, the bigger the impact we have, so this is crucial to us.
“In the first few years of Project 35, we’ve distributed over 100,000 lunches to local families who are struggling and, with the help of Yeomans, we aim to go even further to support those that need it most.”
Look out for the branded vans across the region in the coming months as the project continues to tackle poverty and support those most in need in the community.
Project 35, now in its fourth year, is Argyle’s flagship social impact project with Principal Partner Ginsters. The project aims to reduce poverty through education, food provision, and community outreach, using the power of sport to reach those most in need.
