ARGYLE Community Trust netball club is welcoming any girls from the age of 12-25 to take part.
As this is one of our ‘Satellite to Hub’ clubs, if you go to one of Argyle’s other netball clubs at Sir John Hunt or Plymouth High School for Girls, you are also welcome to come and join in on the fun.
If there isn’t a netball club available for you to join, you are still able to come along to the sessions at Plymouth High School every Thursday from 5-6pm. The girls play regional teams frequently at Plymouth Life Centre on a Monday 5-7pm, so if you’re new to join, it won’t take long for you to get into the swing of a normal game.
The current team recently played in the Plymouth and District Junior Netball League and are constantly improving on the results attained, with one win out of the three games played. This team is perfect for women who have never played in a competitive sport before and would like to feel a part of the team.
Thanks to Premier League for Sport, this is the first team of its kind that we have been able to set up with Plymouth Argyle. PL4S help us to fund opportunities like this for people who want to take part and be a part of a team.
