A GREAT weekend for Plymouth Argyle Ladies, scoring 11 goals and conceding just once in impressive wins for our first-team and the development squad.
The Pilgrims welcomed Southampton Saints for the firsts encounter and it was soon to become nine out of nine in the FA Women’s Premier League after a dominant display from the girls in Green.
Natasha Knapman banged in her customary hat-trick and there were also goals for Amber Pollock, Zoe Cunningham and Rebecca Dandridge.
The development squad has suffered terribly from the miserable weather of 2018 but they finally got an outing in the South-West Women’s League, and took full advantage.
Bude Ladies were defeated 5-1 by a powerful Argyle performance, with braces for Gabi Alphous and Faye Ivall, plus a goal from Hayley Ranachan.
