Salary: £23,869 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, evening and weekend work is a requirement of the post
Reports to: Assistant General Manager – Brickfields
We are seeking a highly motivated and approachable individual for the role of Hub Assistant at our new community facility, currently recognised as Brickfields.
The role of the Hub Assistant is to support, enhance and deliver the day-to-day operations of the facility; servicing sport, fitness and physical activities across both indoor and outdoor spaces. Working as a part of a team, you will assist with the opening and closing of facilities as well as maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the environment.
You will take the lead on ensuring that programmed activities and services are available by preparing spaces and assembling, dismantling and storing equipment in a timely and organised manner. You may at times be required to supervise activity and ancillary areas, ensuring that customers are safe and enhancing the services offered through your product knowledge and sales skills.
As a first point of contact, you’ll take pride in providing high levels of customer care and service to ensure the facility delivers its social, community, and sporting outcomes.
