Notice of Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Argyle Community Trust will be held at Home Park, Plymouth PL2 3DQ at 12.30pm on Friday 30^th September 2016 to transact the following business.

AGENDA

1. Minutes of the previous meeting

To be agreed and matters arising.

2. Reports and accounts

To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 2015 and the reports of the charity trustees and auditors.

3. Auditors

To appoint Messrs Stone and Partners.

4. Auditors’ remuneration

To authorise the charity trustees to set the level of the auditors’ fees, no more than £3000 + VAT.

5. Appointment of charity trustees

To re-appoint Captain D Tall as Chair of Trustees for a further period of one year.

To re-appoint Mr P Baker as Treasurer for a further period of one year.

To appoint Mr M Starnes as Vice Chairman for a further period of one year.

6. Alteration to the Articles of Association and Memorandum of Understanding

To consider and vote upon the revised Articles produced by Cindy Rai Dennerly.

7. Any other business

To deal with any matters raised at the meeting.
