Tap for the Trust! And Support the charitable work of the Argyle Community Trust

Having waited nearly 18 months we can’t wait to welcome the Green Army back at Home Park, with The Theatre of Greens playing host to an unrestricted crowd in our first home game of the season this afternoon against Gillingham!

While navigating through the famous turnstiles, partaking in a pre-match or half-time refreshment, and finding your way down the concourse to your hallowed seat, be sure to look out for the Argyle Community Trust ‘Tap for the Trust’ donation stations. These are situated around the ground and allow you to use your contactless payment card to support the incredible charitable work the trust provides our communities.

You can support us today by helping us raise funds for our disability provision.

  • £1 supports a player with a disability to take part in a weekly football session
  • £2 helps us provide sports equipment for disability sessions
  • £5 will support us in ensuring our disability football teams wear a PAFC match kit for the 21/22 season
  • £10 allows a child with a disability to attend a holiday course

Donating is simple and takes seconds. All you need to do is choose your donation amount on the touchscreen and tap your contactless card when prompted.

The Argyle Community Trust (ACT) is proud to be the official charity for Plymouth Argyle Football Club. We use the prestige of football and the reach of the club to inspire, engage and help people of all ages, achieve their full potential.

ACT CEO Mark Lovell adds, “As the official charity partner of Plymouth Argyle FC we work hard to identify the vulnerable groups we could support in the Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall communities we serve.

“There is a need for ongoing support, and we aim to ensure we can support those most in need through our outreach work, and through the power of Plymouth Argyle Football Club.”

All donations are greatly appreciated, especially following the difficulties of the past 18 months, and will go straight back to supporting vulnerable people in the communities we proudly serve.  You can read more about the diverse and inclusive work we do by following us on social media and visiting www.argylecommunitytrust.co.uk.

Thank you for your support and…COME ON YOU GREENS!
