Salary: £24,150 per annum
Contract: Permanent position, full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Reports to: Operations Manager
Argyle Community Trust are seeking a reliable and practical Caretaker/Groundskeeper to take responsibility for the general maintenance and upkeep of our Manadon Sports Hub site, a multi-sport venue with grass football pitches, a cricket pitch and square and a full size 3G football pitch . This role is vital to ensuring the smooth daily operation of the facility, providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users.
The role would suit an individual with a passion for sports turf maintenance and involves a variety of tasks, including minor repairs, cleaning support, security, and general maintenance, to support the delivery of high quality services to our community. The Caretaker/Groundskeeper will also work closely with management, external contractors, and building users to address any issues efficiently and professionally.
