Argyle Community Trust ARGYLE were efficient without reaching spectacular heights in an important win over Liskeard Athletic in the Peninsula League.
Alex Fletcher proved the difference with goals in the first-half against a well-drilled, well-organised opponent in the sun at Seale Hayne.
Fletcher’s opener was an accomplished finish and he bagged his second with a header, but Head Coach Kevin Nancekivell conceded his side were not at their fluent best, although the defensive unit enjoyed an excellent afternoon.
