ARGYLE’S last home game of the regular season against Rotherham this weekend brings to a conclusion our popular Match-Day Magic promotion and we have seen more young people enjoying this ultimate Match-Day experience than ever before.
Approximately two and a half thousand School staff, club officials, children, parents, siblings and friends have enjoyed Match-Day Magic at Home Park this season.
We have, unfortunately, had to disappoint several groups this season as most games have been fully subscribed. Our message to every school or youth football club is that once next season’s fixtures are published, select a game of your choice and contact us as soon as possible on community@pafc.co.uk
Visiting us this weekend from Mid-Cornwall are Stithians Primary School and they will be joined by the Youth Football Clubs of local DJM side Plymouth United and from the North Cornish coast a group from Padstow.
The day will start with a welcome and talk on the history of the club, which will be followed by a Stadium tour. Next on the agenda is a coaching session for the children conducted by our coaches in the superb facilities of the adjacent Life Centre.
A buffet lunch then follows for everyone before the groups are escorted to the Trust’s award-winning Family Stand to watch the game.
Argyle Community Trust would like to thank all Schools and Youth Football Clubs who have attended our Match-Day Magic promotion this season, and we look forward to seeing you in season 2018/19.
