Argyle Community Trust AS the childhood obesity debate continues, Argyle Community Trust is doing its bit to help by inspiring local kids to get moving more.
We were delighted to welcome 60 children on our +Sport Move and Learn roadshow this week, providing the youngsters aged from 4-13 years with a chance to enjoy energetic sessions in football, dodgeball and handball.
Our well-earned lunch break was spent with members of the Plymouth Argyle first-team squad, as the children got to ask questions of their favourite Green heroes.
We then moved back to the superb facilities at Goals Soccer Centre for an afternoon of tournaments and certificates for all those involved. We also provided the youngsters with information on the +Sport Move and Learn project, containing fun tips on how to keep active.
