ARGYLE Community Trust combined with the Marine Academy Plymouth on a respect programme for 13 students to experience life at a professional football club.

The youngsters, aged 16 and 17, formed a working skills group, visiting Home Park for a series of team-building activities that helped them to gain confidence in a professional environment.

The group worked on interview techniques, approaching each task with great enthusiasm and the end result was the delivery of a respect workshop for the children at Ernesettle Primary School.

This is the fourth year of the Trust working on this project and it was a pleasure to see these youngsters add a valuable learning experience to their CV.
