Location: Plymouth and surrounding areas
Offices: Home Park, Outland Road, Plymouth, PL2 3DQ / Manadon Sports Hub, 121 St Peter’s Road, PL5 3JG
Salary: 24,150 FTE
Contract: Permanent position, part-time or full-time, to suit candidate
Hours: Flexible – subject to negotiation
Reports to: Lead Apprenticeship Assessor

Argyle Community Trust is looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Tutor Assessor to support our Apprenticeship programme. As a registered charity, the Community Trust works in close conjunction with Plymouth Argyle Football Club, with many people across several sectors where sport has proven to be the ideal tool for creating lasting engagement with individuals. 

Working with our dedicated Apprenticeship team, the candidate must have current knowledge and understanding of post 16 educational pathways and apprenticeship routes. Experience of supporting in a range of contexts and settings, including schools would be desirable. This role will predominantly see you working on our level 3 teaching assistant programme. 

We would also expect the candidate to have the ability to undertake assessment, observation and a mentoring role as well as fulfilling key administrative duties that are associated with the post.
