THE Plymouth Argyle Futsal squad can clinch the South-West Division title with a victory in their final game against Bristol Rovers this week.

Based at Carn Brea Leisure Centre, the players on our Futsal Education Programme have enjoyed a fantastic campaign, losing just once and impressing everyone across the league with their attacking brand of futsal.

A win over bottom club Bristol Rovers will see us leapfrog Newport Count, Bristol City and Cardiff City, who have all finished their fixtures, to finish top of the division.

Coached by Futsal programme co-ordinator and St Austell midfielder Neil Slateford, the lads have spread the goals this season, with Oscar Fergus and Callum Bertrand contending for the Golden Boot with seven goals each.

The Futsal Education programme at Carn Brea combines futsal and football development with an education programme equivalent to three A-Levels.
