NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 16^th Annual General Meeting of Argyle Community Trust will be held at 10am on Monday, 15 December 2025 at PAFC Meeting Room, Home Park, PL2 3DQ to transact the following business:

AGENDA

1. Minutes of the previous meeting
2. Reports and accounts

To consider the accounts for the year ended June 2024 and the report of the charity trustees and auditors

3. Accountants/Auditors

To discuss/authorise the re-appointment of accountants/auditors for the Trust

4. Appointment of Charity Trustees

To receive nominations and conduct votes for any of the posts available

5. Any other business
