Argyle Community Trust NOT only will this Saturday's Devon Derby be attracting one of Argyle’s biggest gates of the season, it will also mean a record attendance of those experiencing our popular Match Day Magic promotion.
The maximum number that can usually attend this promotion is in the region of 120/130, comprising adults, children, siblings and friends from schools and youth football clubs throughout the region.
However, as Argyle Community Trust has been inundated with requests, we have managed to organise the promotion to invite an additional group of 40 adults and children for the remaining games of the season.
Those groups descending on Home Park this week are the Youth Football Clubs of Holsworthy in North Devon and Kilkhampton, near Bude in North Cornwall, together with Charlestown and Stithians Primary Schools from Mid-Cornwall.
After a welcome talk on the history of the club, the groups will be given a guided tour of the Stadium, which includes the dressing rooms, corporate lounges, Boardroom and down the tunnel to pitchside.
This is followed by a coaching session for the children conducted in the superb Life Centre facilities adjacent to the Stadium. A buffet lunch for everyone is next on the agenda before they are escorted to our award winning Family Stand to watch the game.
